Aimee is a business-minded lawyer with over 17 years of transactional legal experience advising boards of directors and executive teams on financing transactions, major projects, and strategic growth initiatives.
Prior to relocating to Vancouver, Aimee spent the first 15 years of her career in Calgary working at national law firms and in a senior role in a natural gas fuels portfolio company.
