Allison is a senior marketing and communications leader with over 23 years of experience in the energy services sector, working for public and private companies in Canada, the U.S., and overseas.
Over her career, Allison has seen the highs and lows of this sector working in technical recruitment, drilling and production services, design and technology agencies, and engineering, procurement, and fabrication (EPF) firms. Her expertise spans the full breadth of marketing and communications, including brand strategy, digital and traditional marketing initiatives, crisis communications, events and tradeshows, investor relations, and training and development. Most notably, Allison was the head of marketing and communications with Strad Inc. (formerly Strad Energy Services) for 12 years and Compass Energy Systems for the last two years.
Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies from the University of Calgary, an Accounting Certificate from S.A.I.T., and completed the Marketing Executive program at Queen’s University.
