Craig is a senior people leader and public policy professional with deep connections in Canada’s energy industry. For more than a decade, and serving under seven different Ministers of Energy, Craig worked with the Government of Alberta, ensuring Alberta’s broad energy ecosystem stayed connected to government officials in Edmonton. During his time with the Government of Alberta he directly worked on specific files that are key to the energy service, supply, and manufacturing companies, including the Natural Gas Advisory Panel and the province’s Site Rehabilitation Program.
Strongly believing that the collective voice of business can make a positive impact on our political environment, Craig is excited to be back in an association role with Enserva. Prior to his time in government Craig worked with the Calgary Chamber of Commerce overseeing internal operations, membership programming, and special events. He also held a short-term contract position with CAPP in 2012. He was the owner & operator of a company involved in importing wine, beer, and spirits from 34 suppliers on four continents for over a decade.
Passionate about community and kids sports, Craig has served as a minor hockey coach for the Northwest Warriors, and over the past decade he has volunteered in a variety of capacities to help develop a high-performance fencing facility in Calgary.
